SEO Specialist

Overview

Axiomixs is looking for an SEO Specialist to join its Digital Growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing search engine optimization strategies that improve organic performance, increase search visibility, and align with broader digital goals. You will work closely with the technical and content teams to ensure that everything we build performs well in search.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement findings.
• Perform on-page optimization across web properties.
• Execute keyword and search-intent research to inform content and site structure.
• Optimize site architecture, internal linking, and crawlability.
• Monitor and report on search performance using relevant analytics and search tools.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues including indexation, page speed, and structured data.
• Develop and maintain an internal linking strategy.
• Conduct competitive research and identify opportunities for organic growth.
• Collaborate with development and content teams to implement SEO recommendations.
• Produce clear, data-driven performance reports and communicate findings effectively.

Requirements

• Practical, hands-on knowledge of modern SEO principles and practices.
• Understanding of technical SEO including crawling, indexation, and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience using Google Search Console and web analytics platforms.
• Proficiency with keyword research tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw actionable insights from data.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks (Next.js, React).
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Background in content strategy or content marketing.
• Experience at a digital agency or working with multiple digital products.
• Familiarity with structured data and schema markup.
