Overview

Axiomixs is looking for a Video Editor to join its Creative team. You will be responsible for editing and producing video content that is purposeful, polished, and suited for the digital platforms our work appears on. From short-form social content to longer-form brand and product videos, you will play a central role in shaping the visual communication of Axiomixs and its clients.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content across digital platforms.
• Create compelling social media video content optimized for each platform format.
• Produce promotional videos, brand films, and product demonstrations.
• Apply motion graphics and typography to enhance storytelling.
• Handle audio mixing, cleanup, and synchronization.
• Perform basic color correction and grading to maintain visual consistency.
• Integrate subtitles and captions where required.
• Reformat and adapt video content for different platform specifications.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure visual alignment with brand standards.
• Manage project files and maintain an organized asset library.

Requirements

• Strong editing fundamentals with a genuine understanding of pacing, timing, and storytelling.
• Experience using professional video editing software.
• Solid visual judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to work within defined creative briefs while contributing creative perspective.
• Reliable under deadlines with good self-management.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to give and receive creative feedback constructively.

Nice to Have

• Motion graphics or animation skills.
• Experience creating short-form content for social platforms.
• Basic design knowledge (composition, typography, color).
• Experience producing branded content or working within a design system.
• Familiarity with digital marketing contexts and platform-specific best practices.
